We build software for the way Indian teams actually work — on WhatsApp, in more than one language, and without the patience for another app to log into. Sitatu is our product.
The work was already happening on WhatsApp.
Most teams don't lose work because they lack a task tracker. They lose it because the tracker is somewhere nobody looks. The instruction gets sent on WhatsApp, the follow-up happens on WhatsApp, and the tool quietly goes stale.
So we started from the other end. Instead of asking a team to move to new software, Sitatu meets them in the chat they already have open: tasks are assigned, reminded and closed over WhatsApp, in English, Hindi, Hinglish or Gujarati, with nothing for the team to install.
Managers still get the full picture — a dashboard, a calendar, reports and CSV export — because the two sides are the same system. The chat isn't a notification feed bolted onto a tracker; it's a way into it.

Company workspaces are isolated end to end, and you can export your data to CSV whenever you want it.

Sitatu is developed, operated and supported by Glisto InfoTech, a software company based in India. The WhatsApp experience described across this site is delivered through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and messages are sent only to people whose team has added them to a workspace.
