Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between the customer whose workspace uses Sitatu ("you") and Glisto InfoTech ("we", "us"), the developer and operator of Sitatu. By using the service you accept them.

The service

Sitatu is a task and time management platform delivered as a web application and over WhatsApp. Onboarding is invite-only: workspaces are created by us after a request for access, and features may evolve as the product develops.

Accounts and workspace admins

Workspace admins control who is in their workspace, what data the team keeps in the service, and which optional features (such as the AI assistant) are enabled. You are responsible for the accuracy of the member details you add — including WhatsApp phone numbers — and for keeping account credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

• Add only people who are part of your organisation and expect to receive work messages from it. WhatsApp messaging must comply with WhatsApp's business and commerce policies — no spam, no messaging people outside your workspace.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace, probe the service's security, or resell the service without our written agreement.
• Do not use the service to store or send unlawful content.

Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees and processed by Razorpay. Prices, member limits and message allowances are those shown for your plan at the time of purchase. Plans can be changed as your team's needs change; applicable taxes such as GST are added where required. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

WhatsApp dependency

WhatsApp features are delivered through the official WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Sitatu is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta, and WhatsApp delivery ultimately depends on Meta's platform being available and on its policies. If the platform's rules or availability change, we will adapt the service, but we cannot be responsible for Meta's decisions.

Your data

Your workspace's content belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and you can export your data to CSV at any time. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage information to improve the product.

Intellectual property

The service, its design and its software remain our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business while your subscription is active.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Support is provided through your onboarding contact and workspace channels during Indian business hours.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or payment networks.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure, the data-retention terms of the privacy policy apply.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact page.
