What is Sitatu?
Sitatu is a task and time management platform that runs on WhatsApp. Teams assign, update, remind and close work directly in chat, while managers get a full web app with a dashboard, calendar and reports.
How do we get started?
Onboarding is invite-only. Request access on the website, and we'll set up your company workspace and help connect WhatsApp before your team begins.
Does my team need to install anything?
No. Team members work entirely from the WhatsApp they already have — nothing to install and no passwords to remember. Managers and admins sign in to the web app.
Using WhatsApp
Does Sitatu work with normal WhatsApp?
Yes. Sitatu messages your team through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so everyone keeps using their existing WhatsApp app and number.
Which languages does the WhatsApp assistant understand?
The WhatsApp assistant understands English, Hindi, Hinglish and Gujarati — including the way teams mix them in one message.
What can my team do from chat?
Capture new tasks, see what's assigned to them, update progress and close work with a single reply. Reminders arrive in chat and escalate until the work is acknowledged.

Plans are priced per team in Indian Rupees, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Current tiers are listed on the pricing page.
How do we pay?
By UPI or card, processed by Razorpay. You can cancel anytime.
Can we change plans later?
Yes — plans can be adjusted as your team grows or your usage changes.
Data & privacy
Who can see our company's data?
Only your workspace. Every company on Sitatu is isolated end to end from every other one, and you can export your data to CSV whenever you want it.
How do the WhatsApp messages flow?
Messages are delivered through the official WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, and are sent only to people your team has added to its workspace. The privacy policy describes this in full.
